I am so excited to share this yummy breakfast. This easy smoothie bowl has become an all-year round staple in our household. Perfect for after a sweaty morning workout or even as a quick lunch on the weekend. If I am having the girls over for brunch, I’ll 4x the batch. It’s always a crowd pleaser!

Blend the Base
1 Banana
1 cup frozen berries (I get the Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry blend from Costco.)
3/4 Orange Juice (or Almond milk if you want it more creamy)
Ice (to desired thickness)

Toppings
Coconut Flakes
Pumpkin Seeds
Granola
Frozen coconut (can buy in frozen fruit section at Superstore)
Cocoa Nibs
Yogurt Chips
Chia Seeds
Hemp Seeds

Sometimes I’ll also add more berries or sliced banana on top! It really depends what you are feeling that day.

Pro tip: I have a Vitamix which blends like a dream. Best investment I’ve ever made.
